Hours and payment checks before collection
Confirm the selected restaurant’s opening and holiday hours before travelling. Little Caesars’ official US gift-card page currently limits gift-card redemption to restaurants, so do not assume a card can pay for an app order. Review gift-card redemption and payment options before placing the order.
Before paying

Keep the confirmation
Save the order number and confirmation email. Check what the receipt says about collection, including any pickup code or instruction. Do not share a working collection code publicly. If no confirmation arrives, check your email’s spam folder and any order information visible in your account before submitting another payment.
At the restaurant
Wait for the ready notification or the collection time specified for your order. If your confirmation directs you to a Pizza Portal, use the supplied instructions at that restaurant. If a code fails, the order is missing or you cannot use the pickup unit, ask a team member with your receipt available. Do not assume a payment authorization means the food is already ready.
When plans change
Use order-tracking guidance for delays and cancellation guidance if you cannot collect. A delayed pickup does not automatically establish a refund entitlement; the restaurant needs to check the order.
