Start tracking a Little Caesars order from its confirmation email, receipt or the official service where you placed it. Keep the order number and restaurant address available. Status information is useful, but a restaurant can check an order when online tracking is unavailable.
Find the right order
Look for the confirmation in your inbox and spam folder. Match the date, restaurant and payment total. If you used the official app or website, check the order information available in that account and any tracking link in the confirmation. Interface labels can change, so follow the details provided with your order.
Missing confirmation after payment
A banking authorization by itself does not tell you whether the restaurant received a completed order. Before paying again, ask the restaurant or the ordering service to check. Supply the approximate order time, amount and contact email. Avoid posting full payment-card numbers, pickup codes or unredacted receipts in public comments.
Pickup delay or tracking unavailable
Check the stated collection time and correct restaurant address. If the order has passed its expected ready time, call the restaurant using the number on the receipt or official location listing. Ask whether it was received, whether it is being prepared and what the current collection estimate is. Do not invent a universal preparation time for every store.
Delivery placed through another service
For a third-party delivery order, use that service’s receipt and support channel for its delivery updates. Distinguish a restaurant preparation issue from a courier issue. Our delivery guide explains why different checkout services can show different totals.
Need to change or cancel?
Contact the appropriate service promptly. Tracking is not a cancellation request. Use our cancellation and refund checklist and keep the response for your records. For collection instructions, see app and Pizza Portal pickup.
