The standard US cheese-pizza formulation in Little Caesars’ ingredient guide lists low-moisture part-skim mozzarella and Muenster cheese. Saying every Little Caesars item uses ‘100% mozzarella’ misses that blend and the additional cheeses or seasonings used in some products.
Is Little Caesars cheese real?
The published cheese-pizza ingredient list identifies dairy cheeses made with milk, cultures, salt and enzymes. It also lists powdered cellulose as an anti-caking ingredient. Its presence does not change the fact that dairy cheeses are listed. The guide does not supply an exact mozzarella-to-Muenster percentage.
Different products can have different cheese ingredients
Do not transfer the basic round pizza’s ingredient list to every stuffed rim, bread, puff or dip. Check that product’s row and ingredient section. Parmesan finishes and cheese sauces are separate components. Our dip guide and Crazy Bread guide help identify the exact menu configuration.
Classic Cheese versus ExtraMostBestest Cheese
These are separate products, so compare the official descriptions and standard nutrition rather than assuming the same amount of cheese. See our Classic versus ExtraMostBestest guide. Nutrition totals reflect the whole formulation, not a laboratory measurement of its cheese portion.
Vegetarian, vegan and dairy-allergy questions
Dairy cheese is not vegan. For customers concerned about the source of cheese enzymes, the standard ingredient wording does not resolve every enzyme-origin question; ask the restaurant or corporate support. An omitted topping does not guarantee allergy-safe preparation. Read dietary checks and shared-kitchen limitations.
What we can and cannot verify
This page explains the official standard US ingredient list. We have not tested a restaurant sample, determined supplier pricing or certified any product’s dietary suitability. Formulations and regional products can differ; check the exact product you intend to order.
Little Caesars pizza toppings and customization
The official US ingredient guide lists custom-pizza toppings including pepperoni, bacon, seasoned beef, Italian sausage and smoky ham; vegetable and fruit choices include green peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, jalapeños, banana peppers and pineapple. Extra cheese is listed separately. This is a reference list, not a guarantee that every restaurant stocks every topping.
To create your own pizza, select a restaurant on the official ordering site, choose the crust and available toppings, then check the updated price. The guide distinguishes custom round and custom Detroit-style deep-dish toppings; do not assume their portions or added calories are identical. See crust and size options, nutrition and allergen checks.
