The standard US round, thin and Detroit-style crusts listed in Little Caesars’ ingredient guide contain wheat. Thin crust is not the same as gluten-free crust. This guide does not identify a verified standard US gluten-free pizza option.
Check the crust, not its thickness
The official ingredient list identifies wheat flour in Classic Round, Thin and Detroit-Style Deep Dish crusts. Stuffed crust includes a prepared wheat-based dough as well. Choosing less bread or removing a topping does not change those crust ingredients.
What about wings, sauces or drinks?
A non-pizza product needs its own ingredient and handling check. Do not infer gluten-free suitability because a food has no visible bread. Read the exact wing flavor, sauce, seasoning and dip information, including any available supplier information, then ask the restaurant about preparation.
Shared kitchen limitations
Little Caesars’ official guide describes potential allergen cross-contact and does not guarantee allergen-free menu items. A product without a listed wheat ingredient is not the same as a certified gluten-free preparation environment. Ingredient tables alone cannot resolve handling concerns for your order.
Regional and international menus
This page concerns the standard US guide. Another country or an Express restaurant may use different products. If a local menu advertises a gluten-free option, check that specific restaurant’s current ingredients and procedures; do not transfer a claim from another market to your store.
Practical ordering check
Identify the exact item and market, read the current ingredients, ask about cross-contact and confirm any substitution. If the restaurant cannot provide the information needed for your dietary restriction, do not rely on an independent menu blog to declare the item suitable.
